Water Perfume

/someone at my work put perfume in my water bottle my mgr found out right away and she was suspended?

The water had been poured out but not rinsed I was sick for 6 days, I told my mgr something was really wrong with me, she than told me about what happened. Why did she let me keep drinking out that water bottle, she could of prevented me being so sick is there anything I can do about this?

More than likely she thought that by pouring it out that there would be no problems. Some people are just stupid. If you really think that she was part of the maliciousness, or just not correctly doing her job (I understand that you could have been seriously hurt), then take it to corporate Human Resources and file a formal complaint. Unfortunately without the evidence you may not have any other case.
Some people are mean, I do suggest that you never leave any food or beverages at your desk unattended again, but I am sure you know that.

If you are interested in legal council try looking in the phone book. Some lawyers will give you a free consultation and tell you if you have a a case. Human resources is probably your best bet though.
